Shipping & returns

Small-batch means we pack every order ourselves — carefully, and quickly.

Processing & shipping

Orders ship from Southern California within 2–3 business days. U.S. shipping via USPS or UPS with tracking emailed on dispatch; typical transit is 2–5 business days. We currently ship within the United States only — international is on the roadmap.

Returns — the 30-day rule

If N° 333 isn’t for you, email us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll refund the product price — even if the jar is opened. We’d rather you try it honestly than hesitate. (We may ask what didn’t work — the bench genuinely wants to know.) Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If we ask for the jar back, return shipping is on us for defective or damaged items and on you for preference returns.

Damaged or wrong items

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, email a photo within 7 days and we’ll replace it or refund you in full — your choice, no return required.

How to start a return

Email with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
