By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. We’ve kept them as readable as we could.

Who we are

TRISÈVE is a brand of OMNIA WORKS LLC, a California limited liability company (“we,” “us”).

Orders & payment

All prices are in USD. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We may refuse or cancel any order (for example, suspected fraud or pricing errors); if we cancel, you’re refunded in full. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout where required.

Products

Our products are cosmetics, intended for external use as directed. They are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Full ingredient lists are published on every product page — please review them, and patch-test if you have known sensitivities. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Shipping, returns & risk of loss

See our Shipping & Returns policy, which is part of these terms. Risk of loss passes to you on our delivery of the order to the carrier.

Intellectual property

The TRISÈVE name, marks, copy, and design are the property of OMNIA WORKS LLC. You may not copy or use them commercially without written permission.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or the site is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
